Join Us

We’re always happy to welcome new photographers! If you’re curious about what we do, we invite you to join us for a meeting or two to get a feel for the club. If you decide to become a member, annual dues are $20, plus a required $25 membership in the Mother Lode Art Association, for a total of $45 per year.

We meet every other month on the second Sunday, beginning in January. In the off months, we head out on field trips to explore and practice different types of photography. Images from these outings are often featured in a slideshow at the following meeting. If a meeting ever needs to be canceled, we’ll post an announcement right on the front page of our website.

Meetings run from 1:00 to 4:00 PM and are held at the Tuolumne County Public Library in the meeting room at the north end of the building (480 Greenley Road, Sonora, CA 95370). Please use the door to the right of the main library entrance—those main double doors are locked on Sundays.

Ready to join? Just fill out the form linked below and bring it to the next meeting along with your $45 payment. Checks should be made out to our treasurer, Marie Hetherington. We also accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or cash—payment details are included on the form. It’s that easy!
